Beyond Celiac – A non-profit that advocates celiac disease and gluten-related disorders. Excellent online resources.
Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) – A non-profit that assists the celiac disease community through support groups nationwide. They also operate the GFCO certification label, commonly seen as a GF with a circle around it. This certification tests to 10 ppm of gluten.
National Celiac Association – A recently merged non-profit that combined the New England Celiac Organization and the former Celiac Support Association. This entity also has a support group network and operates the Gluten-Free Recognition Seal Program and tests to 5 ppm of gluten.
University of Chicago Celiac Center – A hospital based celiac disease center that focuses on research and education for celiac disease and gluten-related disorders.
